We know how precious your family photos are. Here's our simple promise about how we handle them.
Your photos are used for one thing only
We use your photos exclusively to create your memory video — nothing else, ever. They are never shared with other customers, never sold to anyone, and never used to train AI systems. The only eyes that ever see your photos are the hands crafting your video.
We delete your photos within 30 days
After your video is delivered, we permanently delete all the photos you uploaded within 30 days. We don't keep them on file, we don't archive them, and we don't hold on to them "just in case." Once your video is in your hands, your photos are gone from our systems.
Secure storage while we work
During the short time we hold your photos — while we're actively crafting your video — they're stored with encryption on secure servers. Your order photos are only accessible to the Lumoria team member working on your video, no one else.
No AI training. Ever.
We want to be crystal clear: your family photos will never be fed into any AI training dataset — not ours, not a third party's. This is a firm commitment. Your memories are not data points; they are irreplaceable moments, and we treat them that way.
Your email, used only to deliver your video
We use your email address to send you your finished video and occasional updates about your order. We don't send marketing emails to customers who haven't opted in, and we never sell or share your contact information.
